    3. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE Target size of each IVC village= 250 or more households. A sustaining income producing projects, agriculture based. Includes border farming such as: Cattle and Goat farming, Poultry farming, cash crops cultivation and stable food growing.

    4. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE USING SORBILITE TECHOLOGY KENAF tree raw materials will b used for the production of high quality building materials such as: doors, cabinets and panels and other households products

    5. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE A Model HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE includes: 250 hectares of land, 200 for kenaf cultivation. 50 hectares for Kenaf seeds cultivation for future crops KENAF plant is a fast growing tree (6 months to grow for maturity)

Most African countries have the right climate, land mass, the people and abundance of cheap and highly quality labor. These factors can contribute to the great success of the HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE.

    7. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE Each family to cultivate 2 hectares of land Annual production of 40 tons (dry weight of kenaf fiber per hectare per cycle of 6 months This production will yield an initial annual income of USD$1,600.00 for each family

    8. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE Our IVC programmed- to generate sustaining income from the 9 to 12 months as of the date of cultivation of the Kenaf tree. Payback period of the investment (Kenaf Farm Cultivation and the cost of the Sorbilite Plant can be recovered in less than 30 months from date of production Basic HESNA (Worldwide) IVC cost USD3Million

    9. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE Other sources of income: Rearing of cattle's, goats, pigs, chickens To be self sufficient in food supply. Planting of maize, banana, cassava, soybeans, etc. Undoubtedly the villagers will b earning above average wages, thus other villages can be implemented throughout the country.

    10. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE From the KENAF tree production each family will earn = USD1,600.00 per year. Other income from the farm produce $$$ Income shared profits from the cooperative profits to be established in partnership with HESNA INC, Villagers and the Government.

    11. HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE Other benefits: Participate to the ownership of Low Cost housing built by HESNA INC. It is affordable, permanent structure with modern sanitation facility all inside the IVC The system allows flexibility in designs and the panels are lightweight, recast panels. Minimal skilled workers are required to build the homes, the villagers to be trained to assist in building the homes.

HESNA (Worldwide) IDEAL VILLAGE Other consideration in the IVC Village Electrification Our Hydrosuct Powergen generator will be used to generate & supply electricity to the entire village including the manufacturing plant. It does not used fossil fuel, gas or wind or solar. It uses very little water to generate electricity.
