  4. Diets…. • If you are an athlete, the best diet you can have is similar to the diet for a non-athlete • Your plate should be very colorful • Make sure you don’t have too much of something

  5. Healthy Meals? (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) • Your plate should look like the my plate with fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and dairy. • Portions are important • So are colors
