Nextt believes that in order to achieve this mission, these services must always be evaluated and improved. As a support services provider, Nextt take pride in its innovative process to supply NDIS support services which has been the foundation of our INDIE platform. This trailblazing platform is based in innovative technology and offers every client superior results towards achieving their goals. For the first time in Australia, those who are in need of NDIS support services have a tech-platform called INDIE that covers the full spectrum of client needs through all phases of the journey.   2. can also deliver the greatest transparency of any platform with far more data on each client’s goals. This helps to determine if the support services are meeting every need to improve service overall to every client. INDIE has been created from start to finish to wholly encompass the goals of every client that uses it. The outcome is a more comprehensive summary of the performance of the support services that Nextt offers every client. INDIE covers the broad spectrum of every part of the support services process, including all of following phases: assessment, agreement, booking, planning, and reviews. Moreover, Nextt puts together baseline data, tracking it and enabling the necessary tools the client needs to manage their lives. In summary, INDIE gives Nextt the means by which to give clients optimal results in a timely way for NDIS support services. The CEO of Nextt, Mark Mulder, stated that the maxim that drives Nextt is “To help our customers get more out of life…with Nextt INDIE, we now have…a clear service procedure.” Mulder than adds that this streamlined platform gives this staff more focus on understanding every clients unique support services. Mulder believes that the most important asset to Nextt that INDIE gives them is more transparency when it comes to reviewing their own support services. Mulder is also confident that if Nextt can actively use INDIE in this way, then the outcome to each client will be greater quality of life.

  3. As of now, NDIS support services are reviewed annually the first time they are in place; then they are assessed bi-annually. Nextt’s staff in working with clients does take into consideration that life changes can occur within a two-year span. That is why a conversation takes place with each client about working with them to schedule reviews and change their individual plans when life circumstances have changed. As part of the INDIE platform, these activities are made to be as stress-free as possible for the client. The end result is that Nextt INDIE gives us the fastidiousness we have been looking for to monitor each client’s goals, the greatest amount of transparency to assess if support services are aiding in achieving the client’s goals and a measurable determination of greater quality of life. Nextt can honestly say that there is now say that through the INDIE platform there is a real means by which we can back up our mission of aiding clients to attain their best quality of life.
