  2. In this lesson you are going to figure out multiples of a number by using a number line.

  3. A multiple is the product of multiplying a factor times a factor. factors Product  multiple 2 x 3 =6 2, 4, 6, 8… 6 is a multiple of 2 2x1 2x1 2x2 2x2 2x3 2x4 2x4 2x3 6 is a multiple of 3 3, 6, 9, 12…

  4. When writing down the list of multiples, don’t write the multiples too close together. , 1020 30 10,20, 30, 40, 50… Use a comma to separate numbers & the 3 dots to say the list continues.
