  2. Ang Partido Kalikasan (PK) ay isang umuusbong na pambansang partido pulitikal na nagdadala ng agenda ng komunidad at kalikasan. Sa kasalukuyan ay may 16 mga lokal na samahang PK sa ibat ibang ekosistema sa boung bansa sa higit sa 30 mga munisipyo/siyudad sa loob ng 17 probinsya at 9 na rehiyon. Higit sa 600 katao na ang miyembro ng PK

  3. May mga bagong Partido Kalikasan groups na tinatayo sa mga susunod na komunidad: • Pangasinan • Aurora • Sorsogon • Butuan • Davao del Norte • Sa pagtatapos ng July 2012 ay may 687 na rehistradong miyembro and PK mula sa 223 na munisipyo at siyudad sa 49 probinsya at 16 na rehiyon

  5. Kasaysayan… • 2003: Serye ng paguusap ng mga lider sa iba’t ibang kilusang pangkalikasan. Nauwi sa isang paunang assemblya noong December sa Marikina City kung saan pinagkaisahan ang BATAYANG PRINSIPYO at KONSTITUSYON ng PARTIDO KALIKASAN • 2004: Nagpatakbo sa lokal na eleksyon ang mga lider sa PK sa Cagayan de Oro City. • 2005: Nagpadala ng kinatawan ang Partido Kalikasan sa unang Regional Assembly ng Asia Pacific Greens Network (APGN) • 2007: Muling nagpatakbo ang PK sa Cagayan de Oro City. Sumuporta din ang mga lider ng PK sa ilang makakalikasang kandidato sa Victoria, Mindoro. Sa katapusan ng Oktubre ay tinatag and Institute ng Partido Kalikasan (GREENS PH INSTITUTE)

  6. Kasaysayan… • 2008: Naitatag and KALIKAS (Kabataan para sa Kalikasan) bilang youth wing ng Partido Kalikasan • 2010: Natanggap ang PK bilang miyembro ng Asia Pacific Greens Network (APGN). Dumalo tayo sa 2nd APGN Regional Assembly sa Taiwan at nabuto sa konseho ng APGN • 2009: Nabalangkas ang isang draft na PAMBANSANG PROGRAMA PULITIKAL na patuloy na pinaguusapan sa loob ng PK • 2010: Sumuporta ang mga lokal na PK sa pagtakbo ng ilang miyembro sa mga lokal na posisyon sa Mountain Province, Zambales, Sibuyan at Mindoro. Sumuporta din tayo sa kandidatura ni G. Nicky Perlas bilang Pangulo

Draft: PAMBANSANG PROGRAMA PULITIKAL ng Partido Kalikasan • Reporma sa batayan ng programang pangkaunlaran ng Pilipinas • Aksyon sa pagharap ng epekto ng Climate Change (pag-init ng mundo) • Madaliang paglipat sa renewable energy • Maayos ng pamamahala ng mga ekosistema ng katubigan • Seguridad sa pagkain • Malakas na pamumuno laban sa ilegal na pagtrotroso • Reporma sa industriya ng mineral • Aksyon sa pampublikong kalusugan • Makakalikasang pamamahala ng basura • Malakas na tugod sa problema ng polusyon sa hangin • Edukasyon para sa likas kayang kaunlaran • Maayos na pamamahala ng mga ekosistema at biodiversity • Pagtutulak ng makakalikasan sistema ng hukuman • Reporma sa sistema ng impormasyon • Desentrilisasyon ng pamumuno at pagkilala sa mga lupang ninuno ng mga tribung Pilipino • Reporma sa pambansang seguridad at relasyong panlabas

EDUCATION for SUSTAINABILITY • Further increase budgetary allocation to education commensurate to the growing needs of the public educational system. • Multi-lingual and local culture sensitive education for sustainable development that is focus on assessment and solving local community sustainable development problems and implementation barrier • Institutionalize education for sustainable development for all sectors (formal, non-formal and informal sectors) including life-long education for all training professionals, technocrats and entrepreneur on sustainability knowledge, skills and practices • Set- up office for the specific responsibility of overseeing environmental education/sustainable development within the Department of Education (DepEd), with sufficient budget and personnel. 8

ACTIONS on PUBLIC HEALTH  • Institutionalize a nationwide free public basic health care program for all children 5 years old and younger including nutritional education program for mothers and feeding programs • Upgrade all community health care centers, ensure universal access of Botika sa Barangay (village pharmacy)  and improve school feeding programs • Full implementation and further expansion of the Cheap Medicine law and further technical, financial and market development support to the production of local generic medicines 9

Kada 3-taon and Assembliya May boung awtonomiya. Kada taon and Assembliya Nakakapagdesyon sa operasyon. Buwanan ang Assembliya Batayan ng pag-oorganisa. Hanggang 100-katao

Polisiyang sa pagtatatag nag mga lokal na Partido Kalikasan • Local Partido Kalikasan groups are autonomous • All local party groups are headed by a coordinator authorize by the nat council • All local party groups are organized along bio regions (river basin, watershed, airshed) • Local Party groups core groups shall be composed of 5 person (3 to be coordinator, treasurer, secretary general) 17

Required 3 committees: a) membership, b) resource mob, c) campaigns • Creation of local PK groups require prior, written approval of the national council with the ff. requirements: a) Chapter affiliation form, b) Individual membership form of all members of the core group, c) An initial set of target activities and schedules of activities leading to the launching of the group and d) Initial 1 year plan approved by its members • Annual audited financial report required 18

Membership fee collection (60% retained 40% contributed to higher party bodies) • Local Party groups can fund raise consistent with Party rules • Subsidiary bank accounts for local PK groups to manage funds • Local Party membership policies • Initial membership committee is the core groups • Local campaign spokesperson • Local name (PARTIDO KALIKASAN - biregional name E.G. PARTIDO KALIKASAN-LAGUNA DE BAY) 19

Withdrawal of affiliation dues to: a) gross violation of party rules, b) actions inimical to the interest of the party, c) absence in 2 succeeding higher body assemblies • Smaller operationa bodies: CLUSTERS, CAUCUS (CLUSTER - Magkakapitbahay, CAUCUS - Magkakasama as trabaho, propesyon, school, etc) -- Up to 100 persons 20

Gawain as 2013 • Pagpapa register ng Partido Kalikasan • October SK/Brgy Elections -- in 17 brgys / one each region -- where we wills set-up PK regional coordinating centers • May 2013 -- GREEN RATING for national candidates. SUPPORT TO party members running (website, FGD, poster, national forum, Green Bus, etc) -- 20 positions nationwide. 21
