Plans for 2004-2005 • Adds, Moves, and Changes as usual • Increase wireless coverage in HSC • 802.11g • Increase IP Phone use in HSC • Orthopaedics • Pharmacy wing renovation • Increased connectivity to PSTN • Investigate E-911 • Network Improvements • Closet Upgrades • Investigate VPN Concentrator

Plans for 2004-2005 • Work with Orthopaedics Building Committee to install voice/data infrastructure and help coordinate move scheduled to begin in July 2004 • Coordinate moves for users moving into space vacated by Orthopaedics • Work on Genetics/Cancer Building voice and data infrastructure planning • Work on Proton Beam infrastructure planning

  4. Plans for 2004-2005 • Security Upgrades • Specifics Unknown • Security project in progress • SPICE • Only one major lease this year • $1.5 Million total capital equipment on lease

  5. Plans for 2004-2005 • New Hire: Customer Service Rep for IP Phones • All HN related effort moved to HN payroll • Upgrade project tracking system and procedures
