Commitment to cure your anxiety is the first step in treatment without medication Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause a feeling of worry, nervousness, or uneasiness about something with an uncertain outcome. Feelings of anxiety are normal as this is necessary for survival. Anxieties now revolve around work, money, family life, health, and other crucial issues that demand a person’s attention without necessarily requiring the ‘fight-or-flight’ reaction.
