  3. Report Card Scores for ISAT or PSAE tests provide data to be summarized and analyzed for this section.

  4. Local Assessments ITBS scores Dibels ITBS SAT, ACT Any assessments that are used locally that will provide information in regards to student performance in any/all curricular area.

  5. Attributes & Challenges Surveys/Data collected that addresses both student instructional technology use and community demographics to support the development of the plan. One survey can be developed to address student use and access to technology, parental/community access to technology and professional development that addresses teacher use and integration of technology into curricular areas.

  6. Professional Development • Survey teacher use of technology • How well do they integrate technology? • How well are they trained to use technology tools? • What level of access to technology do teachers have? • Have the teachers received sufficient PD in the areas that will provide technological resources that will support student achievement in deficient areas? • Evaluation Data – PD Logs • What are the needs expressed by the staff for PD involving technology, student achievement, and curriculum integration of technology.

Parental/Community Involvement • Survey parental use of technology and support for their students’ use of technological resources. • How well do parents support and/or utilize the resources provided for student achievement. • Website Logs – How often do parents access the information provided regarding their students’ achievement in the classroom?
