The GRS workforce domain launched in October 2006
It has been modified significantly for the latest April 2007 census
11. GRS Knowledge Management The Workforce section of the KMS:
Will Share and provide existing workforce knowledge across the service
Generate new knowledge to support the services
Access valuable knowledge from outside services
Embed knowledge of what works
Measure the impact on the service through GRS

How does this fit with the other GRS domains?
15. GRS measures quality of endoscopy services
Several items in the quality and customer care domains can indicate there may be underlying workforce issues
i.e. low scores on timeliness, comfort etc.
The underlying issues may be workforce gaps, leadership/management or performance of individuals
