  9. d Running Start. • Opportunity for HS juniors and seniors. • Take college courses while in high school. • Enroll in high school and college classes at the same time OR solely in college classes. What is Running Start?

  10. d Running Start. • Eligible for equivalent of two years of high school. • Take college-level courses; 100 level or above. • Receive high school and college credit for completed classes. • College classes are tuition-free. • Students pay for books, supplies, transportation, and fees. How does Running Start work?

  11. d Running Start. • College placement test (COMPASS) is required. • Must place into college-level reading and in either math or English, at college level. • Test during the spring of your sophomore year. • Computerized test--no time limit. • Test takes about three hours. How do I qualify for Running Start?
