As per GA, the definition of a "member" is one who is a titled unit owner and has no arrears. The definition is still subject for amendment by the new BOT. It was proposed, however, to include fully paid owners, even lessees who had lived in GGS for a long time and who diligently pay the monthly dues. For the meantime, those who fall in the current definition who wants to use their vote but is unable to perform BOG tasks, they can endorse their rights to non-members who are willing to be part of the BOG. One only needs to write an authorization letter signed by you, the assigned person and 2 witnesses (pretty much like the proxy form used in the GA).
