  1. Top Five Cartoons From The 90s By: Neil Grant

  2. 1: Rugrats Rugratswas around for about 14 years and aired on Nickelodeon. It focuses on the lives of several toddlers. It was so popular that it managed to make a place for itself on the Hollywood walk of fame. The show was adorable and all the characters were quite bizarre in their own unique way. Neil Grant

  3. 2: Tiny Toon Adventures Tiny Toon Adventures aired on Cartoon Network from 1990 till 1992. It was about young characters that were enrolled at a university. Most of them strongly resembled the classic and popular Warner toons that we are all familiar with. The Loony Toonscharacters are a part of the faculty that teaches them to be funny. Neil Grant

  4. 3: SWAT Kats This aired on Cartoon Network for a very short period of time. The main characters are a part of Enforcers, a low enforcement service. They keep their identity hidden and make their vehicles themselves. However, because of its violent undertones, it was cancelled after 25 episodes. Neil Grant

  5. 4: X-Men X-Men aired from 1992 till 1997 and was adapted from the widely-read comics and followed the same plot. Some times serious social issues were also dealt but in a light-hearted and cheery manner. Neil Grant

  6. 5: SpongeBob Squarepants To put it simply, SpongeBob Squarepants is a sponge who wears pants that are square-shaped. Patrick Star is his friend who is a dim-witted starfish. He works for a crab named Eugene Krabs and Squidward Tentacles is his co-worker and friend. The cartoon is hilarious and first aired in 1999. Neil Grant
