To support hiring, training, development, retention and life long learning of diverse quality associates, adding value to CVS Corporation by establishing partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies, educational institutions, non profits, and faith based organizations.

- 12 week internship program (9 weeks at the RLC plus 3 weeks in a store with a job coach)
- Students are trained to become “Customer Service Ambassadors”
- Skills learned include customer service at the photo area and throughout the store, photo product knowledge, overall maintenance and facing, and reading labels and aisle markers.Disabled Worker Programs
