  9. China Mobile Solutions • Requirements/Specifications • No sim card but an internet connection ! Not very usefull if you have internet issue • 1,000RMB/month, we can send 11,000pc SMS,0.08RMB/pc if over, 5pc/sec max • China Mobile provide their own 1U server • A second server with 2 network cards will be usefull if you want to protect your system • A little ( very little sysadmin knowledge) if you need to connect to your applications • The only legal way to send sms in China • Can be used with java api and UI • Poor support and documentation • Need to upload a white list if you want to send sms • You can be banned after complains of your customers • No sms after 22:30 • The number is known as a company number and not a spammer • Unicom number cannot send sms! But can receive

  10. SMS Tools Servers • Requirements • A small sms modem ( wavecom/800 RMB) or more depending on your traffic • A server ( very simple planin computer is enough) • A Unicom or China Mobile card (preferably not prepaid) • A little ( very little sysadmin knowledge) • Linux or Windows
