  2. Raw Material Inspection Stainless steel bars are checked for correct grade, diameter, and chemical composition. Material test certificates are verified to match the required standards. Each bar is visually inspected for cracks, rust, or surface defects. Only approved material is moved forward for cutting and processing.

  3. Cutting The stainless steel bars are cut into precise lengths using band saws or cutting machines. Accurate cutting ensures uniform starting pieces for forging. This reduces material wastage and increases production efficiency. Each cut piece is measured before moving to the next stage.

  4. Heat Treatment The forged pieces are placed in a temperature- controlled furnace. They are heated and cooled to achieve uniform hardness and strength. This process improves durability and resistance to pressure. Heat treatment ensures consistent mechanical properties in every flange.

  5. CNC Precision Machining CNC machines refine dimensions with extreme precision. Surfaces like raised face, bevel, and thickness are machined accurately. This ensures compatibility with international standards like ANSI, DIN, JIS. High precision guarantees perfect fitment and sealing performance.

  6. Drilling Bolt Holes This step creates perfectly spaced bolt holes as per the flange standard. Correct bolt circle diameter is critical for installation. Precision drilling ensures uniformity and alignment. Accurate holes guarantee easy assembly with pipes and gaskets.

  7. Surface Finishing & Facing The gasket surface is machined to achieve the required roughness. A smooth and even face ensures proper sealing during installation. Facing removes any irregularities caused during machining. The final surface improves gasket grip and prevents leakage.
