INTRODUCTION • “ZVETAN NAYDENOV” EOOD works in the aerated concrete sector more than 14 years • Very high employee expertise in YTONG technology • Very rich international experience – the company has executed projects in France, Serbia, The Netherlands, Russia and China • Subcontractors developing automation and project designers have more than 10 years of experience with YTONG, working together with “ZVETAN NAYDENOV” on most of the international projects

STEAM ACCUMULATOR • Vessel used to store steam otherwise released in the atmosphere • A system much more advanced than steam transfer, because it • Eliminates human factor • Does not depend on perfect production timing • The most profitable investment for a factory with ROI of up to 60%/year • The residual steam can also be used for heating the heating chamber and heating tunnel • No additional costs once complete • We offer complete automation and integration • Executed by our company in the two Xella factories in Bulgaria

USING HEAT EXCHANGERS TO PREHEAT THE WATER IN THE BOILER • This system uses two or more heat exchangers – one at the exhaust point of the autoclave, the other transfers heat from the hot condensate that is released during autoclaving. • No additional investment once complete • Rapid ROI – up to 60%/year • Executed by our company in the two Xella factories in Bulgaria

  6. AUTOCLAVE INSULATION • Relatively cheap way to improve efficiency if necessary • Technology requires at least 120mm insulation • Looks easy but requires experience, because of the size and shape of the autoclaves • Executed by our company in Bulgaria and Netherlands

HEATING TUNNEL • The place where the forms stay before they get cut • Important step for product quality • A lot of savings can be made with efficient heating • Automation and proper temperature measurement are mandatory • Difficult to estimate ROI, because of the positive effects on product quality • Our company has upgraded heating chambers in Bulgaria, Serbia and France.

  8. HEATING CHAMBER • The place where the forms stay after they get cut, right before autoclaving • High target temperature of about 80˚C requires proper insulation and efficient heating • Heating chambers upgraded in Bulgaria and Serbia
