  7. Previous Review • Warranties and Spares • Warranty and repair periods defined in Certificate of Substantial Completion. • Spares are to be inventoried and forwarded to SLAC stores. • Construction debris will be removed from the site and recycled.

  8. Previous Review • Construction clean-up • Demobilization to be completed by end of calendar year. • Site plan under preparation • Identify temporary facilities and/or utilities to remain. • Identify final condition of the project site. • Acceptance criteria defined. • Construction site returned to Laboratory.

  9. Previous Review • Sealing and Painting • All paved surfaces finished. • All painting completed. • Sealing remains in the access tunnel segment. • Floor sealing in Beam Dump area removed from Turner contract due to installation work.

  10. Previous Review • Construction Power • Construction power provided by Laboratory. • All downstream equipment (contractor-owned) to be removed. • Limited power available within Access Tunnel. • Conduits and cables will be removed, not abandoned.
