How to choose return process

1. Steps to Return the Product: 1.Click here to open ShopUSA Website 2.Clickon Login Button and enter your credentials to login into your page. 3.Select Extra Services button on left-side Menu bar.

2. 4.Select your packages (Which you want to return) and click on RETURN button. 5.Here you will have 3 options to return the package. -Request return label from ShopUSA -Return label inside the package -Upload return label Select which one you want and Click on NEXT button.

3. 6.Request return label from ShopUSA – this way you have to fill the information on where to return that product and Click on SAVE button. 6.Enter your card details for paying return shipping charges (All Master/Visa India Credit/Debit Cards are accepted for online payment), then click on SUBMIT button.

4. 7.Return label inside package – Some retailers include a return label inside the package but there is no way to know, but you can contact online store and ask if they usually do that and Click on NEXT button. 8.Enter your card details for return shipping charges (All Master/Visa India Credit/Debit Cards are accepted for online payment), then click on SUBMIT button.

5. 9.Upload return label – Online stores they will send return label through e-mail and you have to upload and Click on NEXT button. 6.Enter your card details for paying return shipping charges (All Master/Visa India Credit/Debit Cards are accepted for online payment), then click on SUBMIT button.
