  6. 5) Structural and Participation Quota • Gender-balance in elective posts • Policy of 30% minimum women participation in all union activities & training programmes with an aim of at least 50 % • Union Policies on Gender • Policy Resolutions • Affirmative Action-Research with goals of 33% women in General Councils, ExCo, Office Bearers, etc. enshrined in the union Constitutions
