  1. Bedroc Culture An inside look.

  2. The purpose of this deck We get asked the question “what is the culture at Bedroc like?” quite often. It’s a difficult question to answer, because culture is an intangible quality, and can be somewhat fluid in nature. This slide deck is intended to articulate aspects of our corporate culture as well as give a shopping list of values we appreciate in our employees as well as potential job candidates. In the spirit of being candid, this deck is also intended to weed out candidates that might not be a good fit for Bedroc. If you make it through this thing and still want to work with us, let’s chat. BTW, this is an abbreviated version. As you make it further in the process, you’ll get to see the full blown deck.

  3. Our Motto Our customers’ goals are our goals. And that’s precisely why we don’t mess around. We roll up our sleeves and hold each other accountable. We don’t do drama or politics. Ever. We simply deliver results with a single motto in mind: GSD (Get Stuff Done!).

  4. Our Vision Provide lasting value by creating strategic solutions to strengthen our client’s business.

  5. Our Mission Build lasting partnerships by connecting businesses with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

  6. These are company values that are ingrained in our culture. Our behavior as a company will always reflect these. Our core values Expertise - We prepare for anything so that we’re confident in everything. Respect - We treat people like our most important asset – because they are. Integrity - We do business with class and maintain our good character. Reliability - We do what we say we’ll do. ContinuousImprovement - We believe that learning should never stop – always improve, always evolve.

  7. What we value In people These are values and traits that we appreciate in others. Nobody is perfect… but understanding these as a desired end state and something to strive for goes a long way with us. • Being Concise • Gritty • Adaptable • Dependable • Trust • Resilient • Averse to Drama • Generally Amicable • Willingness to go the Extra Mile • Customer Focused • Growth Mindset • Selflessness • Attention to Detail

  8. Our Hiring rules What we ultimately base our hiring decisions on.

  9. The GSD Rule We’re in the business of selling people’s time. If you cannot be effective (read: billable) in the role we are hiring for day one, it’s probably not going to work out. This one is tough, because there are a lot of fantastic individuals out there that just lack the experience needed to hit the ground running.

  10. The Salary Rule We do not have a problem with folks that require a large salary. We do have a problem with folks that can’t back that salary up with a skillset that can command a high bill rate while delivering phenomenal value to customers. So…if you have a high salary requirement, prepare for some additional scrutiny on the side of both hard and soft skills.

  11. The Culture Fit Rule We have to be able to imagine working with you day-in and day-out. If there is any overall vibe we get from you that indicates you may not be a fit in our culture, we will probably pass. Our passing would NOT be a condemnation of you. It’s just us wanting to save everyone the trouble of realizing there’s a bad culture when it was too late.
