Steps for Downloading Digital Certificate

Follow these simple steps to download your digital certificate from DG Infotech Services. Begin by opening Internet Explorer and navigating to Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates. Locate your certificate under the Personal Store and click the "Export" button. Proceed by clicking "Next" twice, select "Yes, export the private key," and check "Include all certificates." Set a password of your choice and enter the Certificate Holder’s Name or CID for the file name. Finish by completing the Certificate Export Wizard and locating the saved file on your desktop.

  2. Tools Menu > Internet Options> Content > Certificates and find your certificate under the Personal Store

  3. Click on “Export” button

  4. Click on “Next” button,

  5. Click on “Next” > Select the “Yes, export the Private Key”

  6. Click “Include all certificates

  7. Password prompt will appear, set any password as per your choice

  8. File name will be asked – enter Certificate Holder’s Name or CID with Signing or Encryption label& click Next.

  9. Complete the Certificate ExportWizard clicking “Finish”

  10. Here also, do remember to press“Yes” or “OK” in every prompt youreceive in the whole process

  11. Close Internet Explorer >Locate certificate file at Desktopwith name given at sr. no.15
