  1. Como presentar observaciones en el Sistema de Evaluación Ambiental

  2. Pasos • Crear usuario • Ingresar al sistema • Presentar observaciones • Guardar

  3. Crear usuario • Entrar a www.sea.gob.cl y a Ingreso Sistema SEIA Electrónico

  4. Ahí, entrar a “Regístrese”

  5. Aceptar condiciones

  6. Señalar que no eres parte del Sistema de evaluación ambiental

  7. Completar datos

  8. registrarse

  9. Si todo salió bien, saldrá esta pantalla. Recordar: USUARIO: RUT (sin puntos y con guión)CLAVE: la señalada al registrarse.

  10. Luego, volveremos a la pagina inicial (www.sea.gob.cl)  Ingresar a INGRESO SISTEMA SEIA ELECTRONICO, con nombre de usuario y clave.

  11. Llegarás a esta pantalla  Ingresar a Búsquedas y reportes

  12. Ir a Expansión Andina 244  Presentar

  13. Ir a “Agregar observaciones”

  14. Como presentar las observaciones • El procedimiento permite ingresar todas las observaciones que uno quiera, pero te pide ingresarlas señalando el tema y subtema. • Por eso, es importante ir ingresando las distintas observaciones por separado, señalando para cada una el TEMA y SUBTEMA.

  15. Completar formulario. Hay que señalar TEMA y luego SUBTEMA y luego GUARDAR Tema Subtema

  16. Si se quiere agregar otra observación (para otro tema o subtema) apretar en “AGREGAR OBSERVACIONES”

  17. Cuando ya estoy listo, pondré “Guardar y enviar a firmar” y luego GUARDAR

  18. Luego hacer click en FIRMAR

  19. Ingresar contraseña, y CONFIRMAR CONTRASEÑA

  20. Luego: CONTINUAR

  21. Con eso, finalmente, ESTAN LISTOS!!! Eeee!! • Pueden verificar que la observación quedó ingresada, entrando al proyecto, y viendo la pestaña de “participación ciudadana”.
