  1. This is a partial presentation that I did for an employer who received a 5 million dollar contract from this presentation.   2. Project Goals Your Company purchased 6.22 acres on Water Tower Road during the summer of 2007. This will be the new home of the Your Operations Division.

Project Goals Our project goal is to take this location from the current condition of a vacant parcel with a preliminary plan, through design, specifications, site plan approval, permitting, bidding to the various trades, construction, obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy and moving YOUin to a beautiful new facility no later than August, 2009.   10. RECYCLED STEEL Steel is the most recycled material in North America, according to the Steel Recycling Institute. More than 68 million tons are recycled each year. In fact, all new steel made in North America contains recycled steel.
