  4. Background Information Construction is the form of manner of building or putting together parts of a structure. • Construction works divide by many sector, there are transportation sector, raw material sector and worker sector. Increasing price in construction works is the main problem in the construction management.

  5. Objective • Find the reasons for increasing prices of construction works • Find the solutions that can potentially solve this problem.

  6. Research Questions • What are the reasons of increasing prices in construction works? • What are the solutions that can be taken to overcome this problem?

  7. Methodology • 30 respondents • Randomly from all faculties in UMP • Female and Male • Questionnaires distributed around the hostel and cafe KK3 • Analysis the answer from respondents • Analysis the graph.
