  10. What service providers “say” We can do the work... But can we afford it? We want to be client centred… but how? We want a long term plan… but where’s the time? We understand outcomes… but is it ecologically sound? Our work is in components… can we measure what we do?

  11. What participants “say” I like my job … I don’t want to lose it. I get help from “service providers” The support I get is like a mentorship. I get help to balance out work and life.

  15. Challenging the model How does this affect people with HIV or other disabilities? Are agencies placing all clients? Are single placements ideal? Do people have adequate access? Are we measuring true successes? Are social supports identifiable?

  16. Health and Employment Is employment correlated to positive health outcomes for people with HIV and other disabilities? We live in a society where people are more valued if they are employed or have a career. Rising above poverty is envisioned with employment. Remaining active has both physical and mental health benefits.

  17. Final Product A multi-stakeholder model is ultimately a “best practice” model.
