  3. Migration Status • Completed – 51 sites • In Progress - 10 sites • Queue – 21 sites • On Hold – 12 sites

  4. Help Desk and Impact System • The Portal Management Group (PMG) is trying to track all work done within the group. This includes both new work and issues. Any and all work requests or issues coming into the Group will be tracked by IMPACT.

  8. Remove Tags and Attributes • Microsoft Word (2000 and higher) adds a lot of HTML code behind the scenes to Word Documents.   9. ulogin • There are several benefits to this module. • Users will still retain single sign-on capabilities. • Users who have registered on your site can be tracked on a site-by-site basis. • Added security.

  10. ulogin • Steps to prepare: • Fill out Routing Profile spreadsheet • Once installation occurs: • All users will need to login and answer a security question. This will give them a ulogin account. • System administrators will need to send an eAlert instructing users to login. PMG will provide the email to send.

  12. Accessibility • Website Accessibility Policy as a new website URL (www.access.state.ct.us). • Remove Web Site Accessibility Policy Link from footer. Portal sites have not officially gone through the certification.
