  2. OBJECTIVES • Describe facilitation and the role of a facilitator in training; • Identify the basic facilitation skills of a trainer; • Explain the basic adult learning perspectives and approaches; and • Identify strengths and areas for improvement as facilitators

  3. ACTIVITY • Here ‘s something to reflect on . . . List down your answers to the following questions on meta cards . . . • What is the difference between a resource person ( green), trainer ( pink), Facilitator (yellow) • Post the meta cards on its designated color.

  4. ANALYSIS • How are the persons differ ? Similar ? • What must a facilitator possess differently from a trainer and a resource person ? • Why are these skills necessary to a facilitator ? • What insights have you gained from the activity?
