As one of the impementation of e-learning, Learning Management System (LMS) commonly has features as follows: • The main feature is website or webpage • Links • Chat client • Quizzes • Database management • Record system and logs

E-learning as a Medium E-learning could be delivered through several technologies such as e-mail, mailing list, asynchronous conferencing, podcast, on-line video, collaborative video, synchronous conferencing, blog, wikis, social networking, social bookmarking, slide show, virtual world, really simple syndication, micro-blogging, and interactive white board.

E-learning opportunities in Indonesia There are some positive factors that potentially support the applicatin of E-learning application in Indonesia: • ICT becomes more familiar for both teacher and students • Hardware and software which is getting more modern and affordable • Telecommunication and broadband enable big capacity of data being transferred • Government has committed to support ICT-based learning
