  5. Windows XP vs. ECM • Windows XP is not compatible with ECM • Review the ECM Client System Requirements document to make sure your agency is not operating on a system that is not supported.

  6. ECM Conversion Information • The CT HMIS Conversion Project button is located on the cthmis.com homepage. • This will bring you to all available information regarding the ECM conversion.

  7. Exit Destinations – New Dashboard • We have been preparing a dashboard for each CoC (Balance Of State, Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Norwalk, Stamford) • The next few slides will preview what the Exit Destinations portion of the dashboard will look like

D107 & D108 Data Quality Reports • Data Quality reports designed to show UDE completeness by COC and Program Type • Recently handed out at the July CoC mtgs • D108 designed for TH/PSH programs that use the Entry/Exit workflow • D107 designed for ES/Services Only programs that use the Services based workflow

  11. D107 & D108 Data Quality Reports • Will assist with NOFA/AHAR & ECM conversion preparation • Review the additional information page to ensure that all active programs for your COC are displayed • Contact our HelpDesk with any questions regarding the report hmis@nutmegit.com

  12. D107 & D108 Data Quality Reports • These reports are mirrors of the A108 & A107 that any user with an ART license can run • Each agency should run the correct report for your program type to ensure you are not contributing to the overall completeness percentage

  13. DSS Rapid ReHousing Report Update • Bug– report included clients that exited AFTER the report period for Housed grant to date • Solution - report has been updated to only include housing dates that fall within the grant period.
