Book-keeping & taxation services Bookkeeping services • Issuing of invoices & statements to clients as well as suppliers; • Processing of all invoice receipt & payment transactions; • Recording and capturing of all other overhead expenses transactions; • Bank transactions reconciliations to cashbook transactions; • Balance sheet accounts reconciliation; • Asset register maintenance. Taxation services • Preparation and reconciliation of all VAT related items including VAT Control; • Filing & submission of bi monthly VAT returns; and • Preparation of income tax return including supporting schedules required and filing & submission of provisional and final Income tax returns.

Payroll processing & management services Payroll processing & management • Processing of all payroll transactions and updating of staff & leave details; • Reconciliation of payroll transactions to source documents; • Generations and distribution of payslips to employees weekly / monthly; • Sending of payment file to the bank for employee net pay & 3rd party payments i.e. SARS; Department of Labour; Pension fund; Medical aid; • PAYE; SDL & UIF registrations; • Filing and submission of monthly SARS - PAYE; Department of Labour - UIF returns which is due by 7th of each month; • Filing and submission of monthly SARS - EMP201 return which is due by 7th of each month; and • Interim and final EMP501 reconciliation.

Annual financial statements preparation services • Analysis of ledger data including reconciliations and ledger balances; • Complete analysis of cash receipts and cash payments for the period; • Preparation and reconciliation of up to 5 loans, lease and hire purchase accounts; • Preparation and reconciliation of asset register/depreciation schedule for the period; • Preparation of financial statements (Balance sheet, Cash-flow & Income statement); • Preparation of notes to your financial statements consistent with current accounting standards; • Finalisation and compilation of all documents as required for your signature and for lodgement; and • A letter of advice in relation to our findings.
