Proposed amendments Budget change: From HI3 – to Eubia: €63,000 (2013 – 2015) From HI3 – to Aston University: €60,000 (2013 – 2015) From BCU – to HAUC: €90,000 (2012) Activities: Partners defined a scope of transferred activities Partnership: OREG stepped down HI3 replaced OREG HI3 – management changes Additional change – Energy Hills stepped down New partner: IZEAS Managing Committee Meeting – 17 October 2012, Paris BioenNW– Delivering Local Bioenergy to North West Europe

New Partner - IZEAS an associated institute to the University of Applied Sciences Saarbruecken Merged with the Energy Agency of the Saarland Not for profit organisation/limited Interests in: environmental, mechanical, civil and agricultural engineering, economics, environmental law and policy, forestry, energy technology, social science, chemistry and computer science. Managed by Dr Michael Brand and Dr FrithjofSpreer Support to environmental and climate protection activities by carrying out applied research and development in the area of future technologies and future markets for energy and material flow systems. Advisory organisation on rational energy use and application of renewable energies (energy technology, energy market and material flow) Run national and international projects on behalf and in cooperation with municipalities, authorities, ministries, institutions, national and European funding institutions, companies of the private industry and other science institutions.
