Cause to being a Superhero • When Bruce banner was a child, he was exposed to nuclear power energy source where his dad worked • His dad was a major alcoholic, so he had many problem growing up • Banner is accidentally exposed to the blast of a test detonation of a gamma bomb he invented which causes him to be the Hulk

3. Features • Hulk is capable of significant feats of strength, the magnitude of which increase in direct proportion to the character's anger • The madder he gets, the stronger he gets • Strong emotions such as anger, terror and grief are also triggers for forcing his transformation into the Hulk

4. Weakness • His fragile mental state (personality issues) • Other forms of radiation effect him adversely • He could suffocate or drown to death like anyone else

5. Demographics • Age: late 30s Sex: Male • Bruce Banner has a PhD in Nuclear Physics • Was a former nuclear physicist for the Department of State • Not married

6. Geographic's and Psychographics • Place of birth: Dayton, Ohio • No real home, Lives on the run • Gets angry easily • Little to no intelligence and self control • Has a personality disorder due to the abuse he suffered as a child

7. Similar or different? • I get angry easily and have a short temper • I am different because when I get mad, I don’t turn into this huge green beast

8. Rights/Profits to the Hulk • Marvel entertainment owns the right to the incredible hulk comic book character • Marvel studios profited from the 2008 movie • They also got profit through merchandise that they sold

9. How the hulk has been marketed • It has been put into a movie, The Incredible Hulk • Used in comic books • Clothing with pictures of the hulk and action figures
