Milestones for Plan – 1 (eCOO) • Start announce and awareness: from mid of July and invite countries for joining the project • Final list of Candidate Countries for joining technical phase: end of Aug 2010 • Review background and practices done before • Kick off meeting and briefing for candidate countries (Agents involved from each country Back to Back with BDC) (will be scheduled) • Endorsement of documents for technical and administration processes. (will be scheduled)

  5. Milestones for plan – 2 (eDeclaration or eInvioce) • More discussions at BDC meetings. • Preparing final plan and related milestones for submit to the next StC meeting (Tokyo 2010)
