COS • Restricts services and features • 16 different COS profiles • Prebuild them and input on station form • 13 services/features to restrict or allow • Y or N • Cannot change which services/features • Less critical features • More critical features • Trunk to trunk transfer override • Restrict call fwd off-net

  4. COR • Restricts access to network facilities • 96 different COR profiles • Prebuild profiles and add on station form • Calling party restriction • Origination – cannot originate calls. Can only be called. • Outward – cannot call off-net. Can only call other stations on-net. • All-toll – no LD/toll calls. • TAC-toll – restricts toll to certain areas. • Called party restrictions • Inward – blocks station from receiving incoming public or op.calls no DID calls or transferred calls. Can get on-net calls. • Manual – blocks incoming public calls except those transferred by the operator. No DID calls. Can get on-net calls. • Termination – no incoming calls at all. • Forced Entry of account codes – must enter an account code for toll calls.
