This paper investigates the relationship between wiki usage and student motivation in an English Preparatory Programme at Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul. Over ten weeks, a class of 16 elementary-level EFL learners engaged with a class wiki, leading to insights on preferred activities, interaction, and confidence enhancement. Findings indicate that students found the wiki motivating, while certain activities were less engaging. The study suggests improvements in wiki design to enhance effectiveness in language instruction and offers implications for teachers and further research.
