  2. Common reason behind the connection issues Inspect the ways . Ensure that the extender is in the range of your existing router. Make sure that the both the router and the extender are running on the latest software version. • Ensure all the wired connections are plugged in and receiving the power sufficiently. • Check if any firewall settings or Add blocking software enabled it. • Check if the WiFi icon on the computer is turned on or not.

  3. Once you have inspect the common issues you need to do this • Restart your Netgear Extender and the router.
