The aim of is to explore and understand the various prospectivesand ideas in order to get a broad insight into different aspects of knowledge. It is a platform for curious minds to show their creativity RGI-TRPCS-12 is also aims to provide a platform for young researchers to exhibit in different domain. • Guidelines for Participation and submission of papers: • Paper should be based on innovative ideas, developmental work, and review in related area. • The IEEE Journal paper format should be followed for writing and presenting paper. • The maximum number of pages per paper is restricted to 8 pages. • All participants are expected to give an oral presentation about their paper before a panel of judges with the help of power point presentation. • All the papers must be submitted in pdf and word format. Paper should be formatted as per the IEEE journal paper format which can be down loaded form IEEE website (http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html ) • Participants send their papers at trpcs.amt@raisoni.net • Participants must bring two sets of hard copy of their papers at the time of presentation. • Maximum three students can participate through one paper. However there is no restriction on number of papers submitted by the same students. • The papers must be forwarded through Principal/Director to the coordinator of organizing institute. • Registration is compulsory for all participants. There is no registration fee. • The paper must be accompanied with email ID and cell nos. of participants. • All participants will be issued participation certificate from RGI group. Who can participate? All students studying in (SE/TE/BE/ME/M. Tech.) in Engineering Colleges/ Institutes of Raisoni Group of Institutions and Amravati University. Competition will be conducted at different levels as follows: Level 1: Second Year Engineering (S.E.) and Third Year Engineering (T.E.) Level 2: Final Year Engineering (B.E.) Level 3: Post graduation and Ph.D. in Engineering (M.E. / M. Tech./ Ph.D.) Please note TA will be provided to all RGI participants only by their parent institute. The local hospitality will be provided to all participants by host institute. Prizes: For RGI Students: Best three papers from each level will get cash prize of Rs.5000, Rs. 3000, and Rs.1500 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner for each level respectively. Consolation prizes will be given for each level. For Non RGI Students: Best three papers from level 1 & 2 combined and level 3 will get cash prize of Rs.2500, Rs. 1500 and Rs.1000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner respectively. Consolation prizes will be given for each level. Publication: Selected papers in each research area will be published in special issue of Raisoni Journal of Research. All selected papers will be made available in CD proceedings and will be circulated within Raisoni Group of Institutions and other academic , research & development organizations.
