Student and teacher Resources • Tutoring sessions- each teacher has scheduled 4 hours per month for tutoring within the content of their course • Saturday Student Conferences- three per year with six sessions per Saturday • Students must attend 4 or 6 sessions • AP teachers and staff must also attend • Mock Exams- March 6, 7 and 10, 2014 • Content Directors

PSAT • Indiana pays for all sophomores to take the PSAT test • October 16, all sophomores took PSAT • Junior students can take the PSAT to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship program • Based on the test results, the students “Potential” is calculated and then used to recommend them for AP course work
AP courses with qualifying scoressave you money • At IUB: • taking 30 hours of credit (15 per semester) and books costs $11708.00 • $11708 ÷ 30= $390.27 per credit • Each AP course is worth 3 credits (3 X $390.27) • Qualifying scores on AP Exam = $1170.81
