  1. My Service Log • My service log will be used throughout the year to track your hours. Proper records of your hours are needed for you to be eligible to get your education award. • My Service Log features include: • Ability to update your Member profile at any time • Set goals and identify objectives for your year of service by creating a Service Agreement • Enter your service hours online. • View past time sheets electronically anytime and anywhere! • Check your total number of completed hours and total number of remaining hours.

  2. Log In • Go to: ndmva.myservicelog.org • Enter in your email address and six digit password provided in the email from BWBRS. Password from email

  3. Welcome Screen You will see a message here if there are problems with your time sheets or service agreements. View total hour information here including total hours and total remaining hours.

  4. Member Profile • During your first visit to My Service Log, update your member profile. • You can edit the “General” and “Contact” sections at anytime. Please enter in at least one address and your emergency contact information. • You will be able to view the enrollment section in a read only format.   5. Service Agreements In order to log hours, you must be connected to your service site or position through a service agreement. To add a Service Agreement, select “Add a Service Agreement” from the drop down menu. Click here to access Service Agreements

  6. Service Agreements In order to log hours, you must be connected to your service site or position through a service agreement. Select Sept. 2009 Selected your service site from the list.

  7. Service Agreements A editable page of your service site will appear. You will complete this form by customizing the position description to fit your individual position. Simply expand on what your Site Director has already entered if needed. Customize your position description here.

  8. Service Agreements To begin planning your goals for your year of service, please state your objectives and learning goals. When finished, click ‘Save’

  9. Service Agreements After submitting your service agreement, your Site Director will approve the agreement. If there are any problems with your agreement, you will be able to go back and edit the document. Check the status of your Service Agreement here

  10. Time Sheets and Hour Logs Process • Step 1: Enter hours into My Service Log • Step 2: When you have entered all the hours for the week/month, print the time sheet. • Step 3: Get your site supervisor to sign the time sheet. Sign the time sheet yourself. • Step 4: Give the timesheet to your Site Director. Your Site Director will either approve your hours, or ask you to correct your time sheet. • Step 5: Your Site Director will send the time sheets into the National Office to be approved.

  11. Hour Logs Most importantly, My Service Log gives you the ability to enter and track hours. Enter Date Enter hours & minutes Select your Service Agreement Click here when finished. Trainings are entered separately. You follow the same steps, but select a training event instead of your service agreement. Check the status of your Service Agreement here
