PSWG Sectors “A Team of Teams – With One Mission: Protecting our Commonwealth” • Utilities – Electric, Gas, Water • Communications – Cellular, Data, Legacy • Transportation – Air, Ground, Waterway • Commodities – Suppliers, Wholesale/Retail • Infrastructure – Manufacturing, Health, Banking • Logistics – Workforce, Security, Warehousing Unbridled Pursuit of Excellence

PS Task Force “A Team of Teams – With One Mission: Protecting our Commonwealth” • Provides for a virtual portal for corporate, business and industry entities to receive and provide critical situational awareness information during a disaster event. Unmet resource requests for commodities or services will be posted for solicitation and availability. • KYEM and/or local jurisdictions may establish business liaison positions in their EOCs to facilitate information sharing with private sector entities. PS Task Force “A Team of Teams – With One Mission: Protecting our Commonwealth” The roles and responsibilities of the Private Sector Task Force include the following: • Providing early notification of potential incidents or events • Providing all corporate, business and industry entities with timely situational awareness information • Linking business with state emergency response and recovery efforts • Facilitating private sector resiliency and recovery to normal operations Resource Management and Logistics Program Guide, Pg. 40 Unbridled Pursuit of Excellence

PS Task Force “A Team of Teams – With One Mission: Protecting our Commonwealth” Virtual Business Emergency Operations Center (VBEOC) • Provides for vetted access to the DMZ SharePoint Portal for situational awareness • Manages the information flow within the Virtual Business EOC for information sharing, mission tasking and information requests • Facilitates access to the event Battle Rhythm, SITREP, COP Report, CJIC Briefings, ESF status, Request for Assistance updates • Monitors KEMIS - Significant Actions Board and CAAG Status Board • Responsible for liaison in KEMIS Boards for Private Sector reporting status, Request for Assistance and Contracting Services • Facilitates the KYEM Director daily statewide private sector update teleconference call Resource Management and Logistics Program Guide, Pg. 40 Unbridled Pursuit of Excellence
