  3. What is FSSAI? FSSAI is an institution that oversees and controls the food trade in our country. It makes sure that the food products are subjected to multiple quality inspections thereby diminishing the food deterioration as well as the sale of inferior merchandise. MUDS Management Pvt. Ltd.

  4. What is FSSAI License? Each food business administrator in India is needed to have an FSSAI registration or license in case they are occupied in the production, depository, conveyance or circulation, and dispersion of food products. MUDS Management Pvt. Ltd.

  5. Types of FSSAI License FSSAI License is of two types: State FSSAI License Central FSSAI License MUDS Management Pvt. Ltd.

  6. Procedure for obtaining FSSAI Registration: Submit Form A (application) to the food and safety department. Application can be accepted or rejected by the Department within 7 days. 1 2 If accepted, department will grant a registration certificate with the registration number & photo of the applicant. Various documents needed for obtaining the Central License: 1 2 3 4 Name and list of equipment and machinery used with the number and installed capacity Form B duly completed and signed A list containing a detailed account of Directors/ Partners/ Proprietor along with their address, contact details, and photo ID Plan of the processing unit showing the dimensions and operation-wise area allocation MUDS Management Pvt.   9. Various documents needed for obtaining the Central License: 5 6 7 Analysis report of water to be used in the process to confirm the portability Authority letter from manufacturer nominated a responsible person name and address List of food category to be manufactured MUDS Management Pvt. Ltd.

Other documents that are also required for Obtaining The Central License: NOC/PA document issued by FSSAI Recall plan wherever applicable Source of raw material for milk, meat, etc. Ministry of Commerce Certificate for 100% EOU 01 02 03 04 Certificate from Ministry of Tourism IE code document issued by DGFT Form IX Proof of possession of premises 05 06 07 08 MUDS Management Pvt. Documents required for obtaining the state license: 9 10 11 12 A duplicate of certificate obtained under Coop Act 1861 or Multistate Coop Act 2002 Food safety management system plan or certificate Partnership deed or affidavit of proprietorship NOC and copy of License from the manufacturer MUDS Management Pvt.
