  2. +44 01772 651570 info@moversint.co.uk Moving home is always a big deal. In fact, it is known to be one of the most stressful things that we ever do, even if you are only moving across town. There are just so many things to do and to remember.  Moving abroad is an even bigger deal, even if you are only going to, say, France. Sure, it may only be 20 miles across the Channel, but it is a different country and has different laws. However, the good news is that the vast majority of the French are welcoming, so it won’t affect your daily life.  France is quite a large country, about 25% larger than Britain, although the population is about the same. The climate can vary. In the North it’s much the same as in Southern England, but then you have the Alps and the Pyrenees, and in the South, you are in the Mediterranean, so you have quite a lot of choices.

  3. +44 01772 651570 info@moversint.co.uk You May Need A Visa  Of course, if you have a pension that’s one thing, but if you need to work in France you have to remember we are no longer in the EU so you will need a specialist visa. There are two different types depending upon whether you are salaried or self-employed.  As for house removals to France, at Movers International we have, of course, got you covered. We have a regular run to France every week, so small items can go on that. However, for moving furniture to France you may well need your own van if you have a houseful.

  4. +44 01772 651570 info@moversint.co.uk We can take you wherever you are going with our house removals to France, to the centre of Paris or to one of those little villages high in the Alps. Just let us know if access is difficult so that we can arrange the appropriate transport. When moving furniture to France to those sorts of places, we have a full range of vehicles that are smaller and can again access where a large removal van would not be able to go.
