C S A Perry county group led by Perry county people, serving the interests of Perry county landowners. • Lease rates for Ohio’s Utica Shale have risen dramatically in the last few months • Out of state interest are snapping up the negotiation rights of Perry County Landowners, in a one size fits all approach that may sacrifice prudence for a quick payout • Yet without an effective effort to aggregate land and negotiate with the drillers, Perry county could be put on the backburner.
