Arabidopsis Drosophila Caenorhabditis Anopheles Plasmodium Saccharomyces Homo • Surprisingly, Arabidopsis appeared most similar to human. • We added Nematostella to these taxa and performed a comparable analysis on a subset of the same orthologous genes (n=348 genes).
