Creative Evangelization • Integrate creative competition into mall evangelization ( events open to public) • Video competition in the YFC ILC- YFC video presentation to non-community – guidelines made by program and edited already by competitions • Activate website- to make our YFC materials accessible to our members – YCOM is in the process of fixing the proposal for the site; targetted to be launched in ILC In A&P * Creative Evangelization Concept Paper

Identify modules for Recollections and Retreats for schools • Identify YFC teaching materials that can be used for these activities • Create guidelines and processes – needs assessment in conducting such activities and identify materials to be used. • To be developed by Metro Manila Start the guidelines and template of needs assessment List of topics with the initial archive Create 5 categories of topics to be filled in

  6. Create a module (guidelines and processes) in using YFC as an entry point to open CFC • Identify activities in YFC where we can start CFC evangelization in the area • Create specific guidelines and processes as an opportunity to open CFC • Title: How to start up CFC through the YFC activities

  7. Evangelization of Local Areas • Open new campuses and high schools campus – 20 in total by June highschool – 3 to 5 per sector • Strengthen local mission trips to conduct SGT’s, and other sustainable programs for YFC in the local areas Summer Missions Guidelines

Evangelization in our Global Work • Involve Fulltime Worker’s in the global work- alignment with one direction • Strengthen/promote International Mission trips both for FTWs, CC and YFC members- plot of schedule of mission trips for international areas • Fund-raising for global work to fund mission trips (P10/delegate for all YFC major event)

  10. ENVIRONMENT “ ala OIKOS na for YFC” “GREEN with ENVI” • Adopt a Park Program in Baguio during the YFC ILC- tree planting • Create competitions to showcase recycled materials • Launching will be during the ANCOP Week as a pre-activity before the ILC GREENERATION “ Green Generation”

SCHOLARSHIP Program • Things to consider in this program - Money making scheme of the youth - Situation of the benefactor and the beneficiary - Feasibility of the youth to commit to this long term program - What exactly should we sponsor (tuition fees, daily allowance) RESEARCH: to be conducted by MM mission volunteers

  13. VOCATIONS PROGRAM • Mike and Dessie will present this thesis to the a&p February 8 (Thesis of Jake and Elaine) • Goi will set an appointment with the bishop

  14. PARISH PRIEST DAY MONITORING • Make a template of monitoring for the region heads and Area Heads --- The template is a checklist of deliverables for 2010 with their respective timeline.

Continue with our involvement in our DYM and PYM involvement • KIT to be made for FTW consisting of the steps, and the normal FAQs by priests and how to answer • Give a refresher course on how to get parish recognition  • Remove the term “recognition” letter but instead term it as a “certification” letter

  17. 3 Year PFO IMPLEMENTATION • FORMAT OF EXECUTION OF Youth Power and Family Culture tracks METRO MANILA: MARCH – download overview to sector over-all APRIL - MAY - Execution during Shout May and July - execution of activity in Kasangga July onwards – execution of the two activities in their clusters JULY CCC – follow up and overview • Plotting of 3 year track to be made by Manila

FAMILY FOCUSED ACTIVITIES • TO DO BY ROMMEL AND LAYLE Consolidate family focused activities with other ministries- Bond Camp, Best weekend, etc Booth of Cross Over and KFC during all our major events-ILC, RYC, etc Follow up endorsement to Family Min Heads the FER, Family Day and Cross Over Activity as part of their roles through Tito Melo • Cross Over/ Transitions a. Identify collaborative work of YFC to KFC and SFC b. Duration of transition period c. Activities that need to be aligned based on collaboration of KFC to YFC work

  20. SECTOR PLANNING APPROACH Define Opportunities (What are my areas for improvements? What areas did I have a hard time last year?) Prioritize Opportunities (Use the Pareto Principle or 80-20 principle) Pilot Solutions Challenge Opportunities (Do an RCA (Root-Cause Analysis) or the 5Whys approach) Cluster Opportunities (Group similar root causes)
