  4. Homework FolderParents: Please make sure you check your child’s homework folder Thursday night and sign the parent sheet.

  5. Get to Know Your ChildParents: Please fill out and return the get to know your child sheet to me as soon as you can.

  6. Student QuestionnaireStudents: Please fill out and bring this questionnaire to the first day of school

  7. Crossword about the teacherHint: You can use my baby picture on the back made of words to hunt for answers.

  8. Parent VolunteersIf you are willing and able to be a parent volunteer for the class please sign the volunteer sheet by the hallway door.

  9. HomeworkYou will find a sheet explaining the classroom homework policy and an explanation of the flipped classroom model of instruction.

  10. Physical Education (P.E.) Students: Every Wednesday will be our P.E. day. Please remember to bring tennis shoes on this day. It will be EVERY Wednesday.

  11. NEO2’sOur class gets to use the new NEO2 devices for keyboarding skills, writing projects, AR quizzes, Math Facts, and improving assessment data. Please look over the student use agreement with your child and return it signed to give your child this great opportunity!

  12. Help WantedStudents: Check out the classroom jobs available by the coat closet door to see if there is a job you prefer to have to earn more behavior bucks.

  15. Want to find out where you sit?Use your classroom number to find your puzzle piece. This will help you find your assigned seat for the first day of school.

  16. Supply SortingThank you for bringing your supplies early! It would save me a lot of time if you would also sort them. There are signs around the room where items belong. There is also a list on your desk of items that should be kept in the desk.
