Neesa Leisure Ltd – An Integrated Hospitality & Leisure company OVERVIEW • NLL owns and operates 9 properties with 1000+ rooms, hotels and luxury cottages under five star and three star categories. • The company has developed properties under the brand name “Cambay” in Gandhinagar, Udaipur Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Goa, Bengaluru and Kerala. • In addition to the hotel business, NLL has forayed into the business of vacation ownership, club membership and hospitality education. • Currently, the company has about 5500+ membership in various categories of vacation ownership and club membership schemes.

  13. FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME 0.5% p.a additional Interest for Senior Citizen

  14. SCHEME HIGHLIGHTS 1. The minimum amount of Deposit Rs.25,000/- and thereafter in multiple of Rs.1000/- for both the schemes. 2. Interest will be payable on Quarterly basis and on maturity, on deposit of six months or more for Scheme - A. (non-cummulative) Interest shall be compounded quarterly and paid on maturity for Scheme - B. (cumulative) 3. There is no Deduction of Tax at Source on interest amount upto Rs.5000/- per annum 4. 0.50% p.a. additional interest for Senior citizen, Employees and investments amounting to or above Rs. 5 lakhs. 5. Eligible investors :- Individuals, Minors (through Natural Guardians), HUF's Association of Persons, Societies, Domestic Companies and Trusts

Highest returns in this instrument type As per the guideline in Companies Act, 12.5% p.a. is the highest interest on FD a company can give to its Depositors Flexible investment tenure Investors have the option of choosing deposit period ranging from 6 months to 3 years Low risk As issue of all company FD’s is regulated by Companies Act, 1956 and have cap based on company’s Net worth High liquidity All deposits will have lock-in period of 6 months and premature withdrawal after that will attract penalty of just 1% reduction in assured returns
