Rules of the Cold War… RULE NUMBER THREE: If a nation is on the verge of collapse/revolution…it is fair game….communist governments or democratic governments can send them cash, food, weapons, to influence that country to go democratic or communist. RULE NUMBER FOUR: You can send in troops….but be very very careful not to violate rule number 1 RULE NUMBER TWO: A communist country cannot invade an already democratic nation. And a democratic nation cannot invade an already communist nation.

He investigated people and soon people began to fear him more than communism Claimed he had a list of people who worked in the gov’t who were communist… He essential used un-Amercian tactics to find Communists.
