  1. WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY QUICK MEAL RECIPES OR IDEAS?

  2. In this fast and moving world, everything needs to be fast and spontaneous especially when it comes to our meals. We want them to be cooked quick but at the same time, healthy and nutritious food is our priority. For your ease here are some healthy quick meal recipes for you to make when you are in a hurry –

  3. BHINDI MASALA One of the staples on the list of easy supper recipes, not to mention the advantages in terms of health. When cooking this nutritious okra meal on a nonstick skillet, we get comparable results with less oil. For a true flavour, use Resham Patti, an intense, smoky Indian chilli powder. Serve with brown basmati rice, yoghurt, or even chappatis.

  4. CHICKPEA CURRY Yes, when you read this, desi chole is probably the first thing that springs to mind, and in a way, it is similar to that. But let's not forget that chole is unavoidable if spices are used in a fair quantity. This quick and healthy Indian meal uses convenient canned beans to quickly prepare an authentic chickpea curry. If you want to add additional vegetables, stir in some roasted cauliflower florets. Serve with brown basmati rice or warm chappati.

  5. BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA Without including butter chicken masala, is any list of dishes really complete? Butter or even heavy cream gives butter chicken its characteristically rich and delectable flavour. This healthier version of butter chicken has a similarly creamy texture thanks to cashew butter. Use cashews to thicken the sauce if you don't have any chickpea flour on hand. On a weeknight, you can prepare this supper in under 30 minutes if you marinate the chicken in advance. Serve over steamed spinach and basmati rice.

  6. PARSI EGGS Following the Arab invasion, the Parsis, a Zoroastrian people, moved from Persia to the Indian subcontinent to avoid persecution. The Parsi egg is one of their most well-liked breakfast items. The traditional version is a seasoned hash of potatoes, onions, and tomatoes with eggs on top. Potatoes are usually shredded or cut into neat, little cubes to facilitate quick cooking.

  7. SABUDANA KHICHDI Yes, you read correctly—one of India's simplest foods to prepare is khichdi. Additionally, 30 minutes is more than enough time to make sabudana khichdi. When Navratri is taking place in India, sabudana khichdi is the perfect food to eat if you are on a fast. Millions of people like it in addition to being a comfort dish.

  8. VEGETABLE STEW A stew is another comfort food that takes minimal time and effort to prepare and is light on the stomach. Prepare this stew at home using carrots, cauliflower, and French beans, as well as cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, green chillies, ginger, and curry leaves, cooked in coconut milk.

  9. EGG CURRY An egg is one of the easy ingredients to work with. This recipe for moderately spicy Indian scrambled eggs is perfect for a light dinner. In a warm whole-wheat chapati or paratha, which can be bought in the frozen section of Indian stores, tuck the curried eggs. Serve with a dollop of curd or yoghurt on top.

  10. OAT IDLI Oat is the number one ingredient when it comes to dieting. You can make tons of things with Oats. One of the tasty and amazing dishes made out of oats is Idli made out of it. Idli is a south Indian dish. Originally it is made of Rava or suji but you can make it out of Oats as well.

  11. PANEER BHURJI This recipe is really fast and one of my all-time favorites. Heat the oil in a pan before adding the cumin seeds. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and continue to cook the onions until they are golden in color. roughly cut tomatoes with salt and turmeric Cook the tomatoes until they are mushy and soft. Now is the time to add the garam masala and red chili powder. Well include the crumbled paneer. garnish with coriander leaves before serving. The cheese paneer is high in calcium and protein. The meal has hardly any calories and carbs.

  12. BROCCOLI FRIED RICE A nutrient-rich vegetable that is high in protein and antioxidants is broccoli. Fibre is abundant in broccoli and helps with weight loss. In contrast, because it is more nutrient-dense, has more fibre, and contains a significant amount of disease-fighting antioxidants, brown rice is a better option for weight loss than white rice. Broccoli, brown rice, spices, and a minimal bit of oil are all combined in this filling and flavorful dish.
