  3. Who we are? • Airdrie CAB • Dawn Kane - Senior Welfare Rights Officer • Sara Pallotta – Service Co-Ordinator • Fiona Temple – Welfare Rights Officer (p/t) • Motherwell CAB • John Keenan - Welfare Rights Officer (p/t)

  4. What we do? • Support and represent clients wishing to dispute or appeal a benefit decision • NL wide service • Managed by Airdrie CAB • All benefit appeal (with exception CSA)

  5. Assist with Mandatory Reconsiderations • Telephone or written submission form • Assist with Appeals Direct Lodgement • First Tier tribunals appeal – Glasgow & Hamilton • Upper Tier Appeals • Judicial Review • Provide 2nd Tier telephone advice service • Financial Inclusion/ Income Maximisatiom - MAS
